These tools handle that side of things โ one clear status per flight, automatic updates to the right guests, a self-service portal, passenger registration with signed waivers, and an inbox helper.
Ops Board
Set each departure's weather status (confirmed, hold, delayed, rescheduled, cancelled). Every change instantly texts & emails only the booked guests on that flight.
Notifications Outbox
The live feed of every SMS and email the system has sent guests โ go/hold/cancel updates and post-flight review asks, all booking-targeted.
MyFlight
Guests log in with just their booking reference + surname to see live flight status, self-rebook after a weather cancellation, and view passenger details โ with OTP step-up for sensitive actions.
Passenger Registration
A blank form any guest can complete from a link or QR code โ party details, declared weights for weight & balance, and a signed waiver. With a booking reference it attaches straight to the booking.
Reply Co-Pilot
Inbound guest inquiries are classified and an on-brand reply is drafted โ grounded in real flight, pricing and weather-policy data โ then queued for one-click human approval.
Post-Flight Reviews
Review asks fire off the 'flown' signal so only guests who actually flew are invited โ weather-cancelled guests are never asked, protecting the 5.0โ rating.
